While I haven't linked it in yet, I've started a page on a few things worth spending money on, including registering your domain, looking at hosting your own site, and buying some art. Haven't even done an editing pass on it yet, but I want it up as a placeholder for the moment, since I think there are probably a few more things that deserve to be on that list.

So, the first editing pass reminded me of one essential point - my hatred of editing my own writing is surpassed only by my clumsiness in performing it.

First Polish

I went through and, using my own advice, added some simple art to jazz things up a little, and I think I'll end up using the announce icon as my recurring icon for the project.

It's also been pointed out that I should add some reference to setting up a forum, so that's probably the next step.
